Acceptance
By browsing and buying from this store you accept these terms. If you do not
agree with them, please do not use the site.
Using the site
You must be of legal age where you live to place an order. You agree not to
use the site for unlawful purposes or to try to compromise its security.
Products and prices
We do our best to show the colours and images of our products accurately, but
we cannot guarantee that your screen reproduces them exactly.
Prices may change without notice. We may limit quantities, refuse an order, or
cancel it if we spot an obvious pricing or information error. If that happens
we will tell you and refund you in full.
International orders
We sell and ship worldwide from Mexico. Import duties and taxes charged by
your country are your responsibility, as described in our shipping policy.
It is your responsibility to check that the product may lawfully be imported
into your country.
How the product is meant to be used
NestCloud is a rest accessory designed to accompany your baby under adult
supervision. It does not replace the supervision of parents or caregivers, and
it is not a medical device. Always follow your paediatrician's safe sleep
guidance. If your baby has any health condition, ask your paediatrician before
using the product.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to the
amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms removes rights that
your local consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, and disputes are submitted to
the competent courts of Monterrey, Nuevo León. If the mandatory consumer law
of your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim before your
local courts, that right is unaffected.
